William Morris

Morris was a British philosopher, political theorist and a leading figure in the English Arts and Craft design movement. Born in 1834, Morris died in 1896 and during his lifetime created a signature look that’s still wildly popular today. His beautiful botanical prints for textiles and wallpaper are enjoying a resurgence today. One of his inspiration interior design quotes is:

Frank Lloyd Wright

American architect and interior designer Frank Lloyd Wright is best known for creating an iconic housing style characterised by low roofs, overhanging eaves and a Prairie School design. Born in 1867, Wright died in 1959 after designing public buildings such as the Guggenheim Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in New York City. He said:

Kelly Weartsler

American born interior and product designer, Weartsler is best known for her high-end lifestyle band that includes everything from bedding and furniture to jewellery and lighting. Renowned for her maximalist take on interior design, with a penchant for bold colour, metallics, sculptural pieces and geometric patterns. Her interior design quote is:

Jean-Louis Deniot

Dorothy Draper

Iconic interior and product designer Dorothy Draper lived from 1889 until 1969. The American designer is best known for inventing the modern Baroque style, which she used to transform public spaces including the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Phillip Starck
